Rune Aresvik is the founder of Team Based Consulting. After working a number of years in international industry, he completed his MBA at INSEAD in 1990. Since then, he has worked for different consultants (LEK Consulting, PwC, and A.T. Kearney). At A.T. Kearney, he was the Partner responsible for the communications & high-tech sector in the Benelux .
His work as a consultant was focused on helping industries going through dramatic transformations (technology, markets, regulatory, etc) carry out large scale transformations. These projects involved changing the strategic direction of the companies, but also large-scale transformations / simplifications of processes, organizations, and governance models.
He has always worked closely with all levels of the organization of his clients, and has used this experience to develop the Team Based Consulting approach. He has used the Team Based Consulting approach since early 2007 to great effect in a large number of organizations.
Rune Aresvik is based in The Netherlands, and speaks fluent English, Dutch, and Norwegian.
